Metal Fabricated Dual Desk at Kukurizua Primary School Closing Date: 03rd December, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢400.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of 1No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with Office & Store and supply of 4No. Standard wooden writing Desk, 8No. Standard wooden office chair and 75No. Metal Fabricated Dual Desk at Kukurizua Primary School Additional Information: 2. The Bawku West District Assembly (BWDA) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above-mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢400.00) at the Bawku West District Assembly Accounts Office from 9:00 17:00 hours GMT during working hours starting from Monday, November 18th, 2024. 4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday December 3rd, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above for each lot. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representative who chooses to attend at the District Assembly Conference Hall at 10.00 hours GMT on Tuesday December 3rd, 2024 5.
