Work Of Complete Erection, Installation Of 132/33 Kv, 40 Mva T/F And Other Associated Works Like Dismaintling Of 20 Mva T/F Etc. At 132 Kv S/S Panwari Under Etd Hamirpur. - Work of dismaintling of 20 MVA T/F and erection and installation of 40 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Panwari. 3 Dismantling of all 03 nos. old 132kV LA with structure by opening of jumpers, cutting of earthing etc. and shifting to nearby place to make way for shifting of 20MVA T/F from Plinth and then erection of same 132KV LA with modification of structure to increase the height for proper clearance after shifting of 40 MVA T/F and related associated work to complete the job satisfactory . 4 Complete Dismantling of 20 MVAECEmake T/F after opening of jumpers, removal of earthing & opening of cable connection, draining out the T/F Oil up to required level in 209 litre capacity oil drum/tanks, removal of all radiators etc. with proper gaskets along with nut & bolt to complete the job satisfactorily, including proper stacking at 132 KV S/S Panwari. Blanking Plates, nuts & Bolts shall be provided by department. All the T&P & men power etc. shall be arranged by the contractor. 5 Shiftingof 20MVA ECE makeT/F with accessories to safe place up to 20 meters including turning of transformer tank if needed at 132 KV S/S Panwari. 6 Additional Shifting of 20MVA ECE make T/F main tank up to 5 Mtrs or part there of including turning of main tank with the help of sleepers/rails. 7 Replacement of damaged and used gaskets of following after removing and cleaning of surface, fitting with new gasket the scope of work involves removals of old gasket, cleaning of surface, providing new gasket, fabrication of new gasket of appropriate size as re requirement of Kotrika / Torborze / Ni- cork make and fixing of gasket at proper place with adhesive alongwith other associated works - HV Turret, H.V turret inspection cover , HV bushing, H.V turret top & bottom, L.V turret inspection cover, L.V. bushing , Netural turret inspection plate , Netural bushing inspection cover, main tank , main oil pipe ling trench, pipe line flange, oil surge relay, I"" dia pipe line,drain / sampling valve OLTC top and bottom plate, radiator flage , radiator valve, air releasing teflaone washer , buchholz relay, flage packing mian, conservator tank ,OLTC glasses, PRV (main tank conservator & OLTC consevator) , oil galsse PRV (main tank & OLTC tank ) NRV , H.V turret , LV turret, Neutral turret, Filter valve & O.T.I / W.T.I. pocket cover including opening Nut- bolts of 20 MVA T/F main tank top cover fitting gasket , jacking and lifting the main tank body removing the damge gasket providing fabrication of gasket at top plate and its refitting after replacment of gasket and tighting of all nut & bolts including replacement of Nut & bolts of main tank & oil pipe line etc. 8 Shifting of main Tank of40 MVA T/F to Plinth from place of storage upto 20 Meter distance including turning of tank, if required. 9 Additional Shifting of 40 MVA T/F main Tank upto 5 Meters or part thereof. 10 Complete erection of new 40 MVA T/F includingRadiators, Conservator Tank, Bushings, Connecting Pipe Lines, Cooling Fans & Marshalling Box, OTI,WTI, Capillary, Pipes etc. 11 Centrifuging/Dehydration of the complete T/F oil of new 40 MVA T/F by Ultra High vaccum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrfuging pipes with T/F to oil filtration plant including taking BDV values of oil & megger values of the T/F periodically till the PPM value is achieved desired by supervisiory engineer including filling & topping of T/F oil from oil drums to the above prepared T/F, Radiator, Conservator tank etc with all cost of centrifuging machine, CFM Operator, Lubricants etc. 12 Earthing of main tank marshalling box drive mechanism T/F neutral etc of new 40 MVA T/F with the help of 50x6mm/75x10mm size MS Flat to be provided by department, its jointing with already laid earthmat/deltas at 2 place & necessary modification in existing suppport for earthing of neutral bushing support for its earthing work & painting of earthing strips as per technical specification/standard practice. 13 Jumpering of new 40MVA T/F at HV and LV side with panther conductor including cutting, bending, clamping as per requirement to complete the job satisfactory. 14 Erectionof new 40 MVA T/F RTCC Panel including shifting from storage place to control room and safe dismantling of existing RTCC Panel of 40MVA T/F. 15 Preparation of cable schedule /interconnection diagram and connection of all the control cables as per the new cable schedule of new 40 MVA T/Fin Marshalling Box, drive mechanism, RTCC Panel and T/F protection equipment (i.e. PRV, Bucholz) etc by providing glands and lugs etc. including any other cable laying if required to complete the job satisfactory. 16 Replacement of defective 86 relay as per given sample. 17 Spray painting of 132/33 KV, 40 MVA T/F with one coat red-oxide primer and two coats of standrad make (Narrolac/Burger/Asian) light grey synthetic enamel paint of best quality after claning of rust, dustand oily surface including cost of all material, labour and T&P provided by contractor. 18 Fabrication of frame structure and fixing of it with two number porcelain insulators of 220 KV for each phase of propersize at fabricated frame for safety of raditor. The fabricated frame hight will be taken in such a way for making clarance from LV side jumphers to raditor of 132/33 KV, 40 MVA T/F, Work including cutting and welding etc. as per requirment including shorting of required pieces of angle of standrad length form open yard at 132 KV S/S Panwari. 19 Strengthing work of delta earthing of neutral bushing of new 40 MVA T/Fs work including proper digging of earth and joining with MS Flat size 75*10mm/50*6mm and restrengthening of connecting raiser with proper welding including one coat of red oxide and two coat of green colours make Nerolac/ Bedrger etc 20 Following works are to be carried for 01 No. Bore earthing at 40MVA T/F for Strengthning work ofNeutral bushing at 132 KV S/S Panwari :- 21 Boring with 150 mm dia casing pipe to a probable depth of 27.0 meter long from ground level with skilled and unskilled labour including all T&P,boring apparatus and supervision chrges etc. required for proper completion of work. 22 Inserting 40x6 mm G.I flat in 50 mm dia B-class (Jindal) ISI mark 6.0 meter longpipe (03 No.) placed horizontally on ground and bolting the G.I. flat with 150 mm long 75x10 mm coper plate conical piece on and then bolting the G.I flat with GI pipe in such a way that copper flat remains in contact with the pipe.Lowering of 6.0 meter long G.I pipe with conical copper plate connected and at bottom along with G.I. flat inside the pipe in boring of 150 mm G.I. pipe pieces by G.I. sockets along with 40x6 mm G.I. flat running inside the pipe by making 150 mm lap joints 75mm above ground level. Taking out 40x6mm G.I. flat from the upper end of pipe by making a cut 45mm wide up to a depth of 50 mm in upper portion of G.I. pipe and providing 01 No. cap type G.I. socket on upper threaded portion of pipe for water pouring in the pipe at regular intervals filling the space between boring and G.I pipe by river sand. 23 Fabrication of M.S electrodes out of 40/36/32 mm dia M.S. round 3.0 meter long having 150 mm long conical shape. 24 Excavation of pit of size 3.50 Mtr x3.50 Mtrx 1.50 Mtr fordriving of M.S. electrodes of 40/36/32 mm dia, 3.0 mtr. Longintothe earth at four corners of the pit equal distance of 3.0 mtr. long keeping the top of electrode 50 cm above the pit ground level, welding of 32 mm M.S.round pieces of 3.50 Mtr long on all four sides of electrodes and 15 cm below of top of electrode by 8 Nos. U-type clamp of 50x6 mm M.S. flat connecting a piece of 3.50 Mtr long 40x6 mm G.I. flat on opposide side of square welding of 40x6 mm G.I. flat on opposite M.S. electrode driven in ground and connecting the 40x6 mm G.I. flat taking out from 32 mm dia roundin excavated tranch of 50x50 Cm and connecting to earth mat and nearby structure. 25 Supply and Fiixng of 120 watt LED Lamps Crompton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting including Lamp, Ballast Igniter etc. for fixing of structure including cost of all material Labour and T&P for completion of work. 26 Supply and fixing of Junction Box on lighting polls of size 200x200x150mm of MS seat SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint box should be fixing and Backlite terminal strip of 4 Nos terminal both should be fixing on Sunmica seat and half round MS clamp with GI pipe for fixing the Junction box on the structure 27 Supply and fixing of 16 Amp. MCB make Crompton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting on structure including cost of all material, labour and T&P for completion of work. 28 Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5mm sq.mm PVC cable 50 cm below the ground level in PVC conduit pipe after excavation and back filling including all labour PVC pipe etc. 29 Providingof power recepticle with knopy for outdoor installation having rating of 415V, 400 Amp., 03 phase and neutral having size 1550x800x500 mm with M.S. sheet thickness 14 SWG duly power coated of good quality. The recepticles shall be provided incorporating a manually operated TPN on load changeover isolator switch of Havells/C&S/CG rated for 400 Amp with aluminium insulated bus-bar suitable for 31/2 x95 mm2 PVC armoured cable and 05 Nos. 32 Amp. MCB, 03 Nos. 16 Amp. MCB and 04 Nos. 06 Amp. MCB. and on outgoing side, aluminium insulated bus-bar with section window/door for connecting the outdoor cable power recepticles with 02 Nos. front door and 01 No. side window/door gland plate with 02 Nos. cable gland suitable for 31/2 x95 & 50 mm2 PVC armoured cable, provision of visual indication of incoming supply and indoor light fithing 16 W LED. All MCBs of different ratings will be provided by contractor. Power recepticles shall be weather, dust and vermin proof with proper locking arrangement with base for centrifuging work supply arrangement for transformer as per technical specification. 30 Fixing of Power recepticle rating of 415 volt 400Amp. 3 phase of grounting the panel with the help of fasterners on block of concrete having 30 cm above ground level with mixture of 1:2:4 material including all labour, material and T&P. 31 Laying work of 31/2x95/50 sq.mm LT power cable 50 cm. below the ground level after excavation and put the Ist class bricks and river sand along side of cable and back filling. The work includes both side termination of cable with crimping of lugs. All labour material, T&P etc. required for complection of work except power cables. Power cables will be provided by department as per actual consumption. (a)95/50 mm2 32 Earthing work of panel with the help of MS flat of size 25x6 mm andconnecting it with earthmat as per UPPTCL practice. MS Flat of size 50x6 mm will be provided by department as per actual consumption. 33 Supply & Installation of Window Type AC 150 ton capacity one indoor unit, one outdoor unit with special features 5-in-1 convertile technology with inverter compress, I Sence technology, 100% copper condenser, Evaporator coils & connecting tube, R32 Regrigent, Remote control, Anti-Freeze thermostate silent operation anti dust fitter standard make Godrej/Hitechi/Voltas. used in control room for numerical relays. 34 Supply and fixing of name plate for various Equipment. 35 Supply and fixing of Phase plate for varous Equipment. 36 Supply and fixing of Danger plate for varous Equipment. 37 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes.
