To Prove Technical Capacity, It Must Be Mandatory To Present: Certificate Of Technical Capacity From The American Football Arbitration Service, With Documentary Proof Signed And Invoice For The American Football Arbitration Service Provided. Proof In Statute That The Company/Association Specializes In American Football Arbitration And Follows The Ifaf (International Federation Of American Football) Rules.
