Statsbygg Wishes, In Connection With Project New Government Quarter, To Carry Out A Qualification Of Participants Who May Be Interested In Submitting Offers For Architectural Services For The G Block (Ark). Rehabilitation Of The G Block Is Part Of A Sub-Project In Construction Stage 2 Of Project New Government Quarter. The Commissioning Ministry Is The Ministry Of Digitalization And Administration (Dfd) And The User Is The Ministry Of Finance. The Old Government Building, Today Called The G Block, Was Completed In 1906, And Is The Oldest Building In The Government Quarter. The Building Is In Art Nouveau Style And Was Designed By Architect Henrik Bull. At The Time, The Building Appeared To Be Very Modern With Water Closets, Electric Lifts, Central Heating And Ventilation Systems. The Building Is Currently Used By The Ministry Of Finance, And Are Offices For Political Leadership And The Administration. Total Area Is Approx. 17,400 M2 Bta. The Functional Areas In The Building Mainly Consist Of Meeting Rooms And Workplace Areas. The Building Is To Be Treated As Listed. The Assignment Includes Architectural Services In All Remaining Phases Of The Implementation Of The Sub-Project G-Block In Project New Government Quarter. The Selected Supplier Will Have The Role Of Responsible Project Architect (Pro Ark) In Accordance With Requirements In Case 10 §12.3. Reference Is Also Made To Requirements In The Performance Description For The Project Group (Yt-Pg) Which Will Form Part Of The Tender Basis. The Tenderer Who Receives The Contract Is Obliged To Undertake Work For Koro Or An Artist Related To Art For This Building Project. Koro And The Artist Must Be Able To Place Orders On The Same Terms As Statsbygg Can Place Additional Orders Under The Contract.
