Prior Information Notice For Museum-Exhibition Services – Exhibition Construction Special Exhibition Newfoodsystems. The Special Exhibition New Food Systems (Working Title) Is Scheduled To Open At The German Museum In Nuremberg In The Second Quarter Of 2025. The Service Advertised Here Includes The Exhibition Construction Including Media Hardware (Including Work Planning, Assembly Planning, Delivery, Construction): Construction Of The Traveling Exhibition New Food Systems, Consisting Of Exhibition Tables, Exhibition Bases, Hands-On Stations, Made Of Wood Materials, Acrylic Glass, Metal Composite Panels And Plastic Components As Well The Delivery Of Media Hardware. Delivery Is Expected To Take Place In Quarter I Of 2024. The Exhibition Is Displayed On An Area Of Approximately 120 Square Meters And Is Divided Into 3 Areas. The First Area Consists Of A Quarter Geodome With A Diameter Of Approximately 500Cm. The Fillings Consist Of Triangular Metal Composite Panels. The Connectors Of The Supporting Frame Made Of Beech Rods Must Be Created Using 3D Printing. The Second Area Consists Of Three Table Formations. The Table Legs Consist Of Three-Sided Pyramids, The Table Slats Consist Of Trapezoidal Surfaces. Three-Sided Acrylic Hoods With A Straight Lid Must Be Manufactured. For This Area, 6 Additional Cubic And 3 Round (Cylindrical) Structures Must Be Constructed. In The Latter There Are Illuminated Acrylic Discs. Tablets Must Be Installed In The Cubes. In The Last Area, A Seating Element With An Upholstered Cushion Needs To Be Manufactured. Tablets Are To Be Attached Here. Simple Developments From Sheet Material Must Be Made. Supplied Graphic Panels Made Of Cardboard Honeycomb Panels Must Be Assembled And Connected. The Connections Must Be Made From Metal Angles. The Wooden Materials In All Areas Are Spray Painted. Packaging Boxes Must Be Made For All Parts. The Constructive Work Planning (According To The Clients Design Specifications) As Well As All Necessary Specific Technical Coordination (E.G. Statics) And Construction Including Delivery And Assembly Are Part Of The Service.
