It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Personal Security Solution. The Object Of The Acquisition Is E.G. The Personal Security System For Mobile Services, Those Working Alone And Those Working In Small Units With A Few Employees (Solution). The Solution Includes A Background System (Desktop Application), Mobile Application And Additional Devices, As Well As Maintenance And Development As A Total Service. The Solution Is Purchased As A Saas Service Delivered Via The Customers Data Network, And The Additional Equipment Included In The Purchase Is Also Purchased As A Service. In This Context, Saas Service Means A Service Package Produced Outside The Customers Organization, Which Is Maintained And Controlled By The Supplier. In Addition, The Offered Entity Must Include The Solutions Licenses, Implementation, Training And The Necessary Ongoing Services. The Purpose Of The Solution Is To Secure The Welfare Areas Employees Access To Help In Threatening Situations In Small Units Of A Few Employees Or During Home Visits And Other Work-Related Situations. The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, Starting From The Signing Of The Contract (Target 1/2025). After That, The Contract Will Continue As Valid For The Time Being. The Contract Valid For The Time Being Can Be Terminated In Writing After Six (6) Months From The Customers Side And Nine (9) Months From The Suppliers Side.
