In Addition To The Euro Offer, The Bidder Must Deliver: - Product Card / - Description Of The Shelving System Including A Plan For Other Finishing Touches - Model Shelf To Evaluate The Quality If The Supplier Is Selected, The Model Shelf Will Be Used In The Overall Production Of The Main Librarys Shelves. The Model Shelf Is Manufactured In Accordance With The Information Given In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments. Model Shelf Size L 1200 Mm X H 1700 Mm, D 520 Mm (Hyl 2-2), Double-Sided. If The Service Provider/Supplier Becomes The Selected Supplier, The Aim Is To Utilize The Model Shelf In The Overall Delivery. This Will Be Agreed Separately With The Selected Supplier. The Scoring Of The Quality Of The Shelf Delivered As A Model Piece Is Evaluated As Shown In Section 5. The Quality Of The Delivered Shelves Must Match The Quality Of The Model Shelf. Bidders Are Not Compensated For Making A Bid, Displaying A Model Shelf, Or Participating In Any Other Procedure.
