The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Remediation Of The Old Ecological Load On The Territory Of The Former Gas Field - Váňův Kámen, In The Area Of The Former Poldi Kladno Smelter, Consisting In The Removal Of Foci Of Pollution, Especially Pahs And Pcbs, And The Remediation Of Contaminated Soils In Their Subsoil And Surroundings So As To Achieve The Target Limits Set In The Oereš Opinion (See Attachment No. 6 Of This Zd). The Implementation Of Corrective Measures (Remediation Of Pah And Pcb Pollution At The Location Of The Váňův Kámen Gas Well) Will Eliminate The Health And Ecological Risks Resulting From This Contamination.
