Construction Work For Houses – Kombohus Small - Framework Agreement. In This Procurement, Swedens Allmännytta Requests Three Different House Types For Three Separate Framework Agreements, One For Apartments In Semi-Detached Houses, One For Apartments In Townhouses And One For Apartment Buildings On Two Floors. Both House Types Must Be Able To Accommodate Apartment Sizes Between 2–5 Rooms And Kitchens, Be Built With Requirements For Environmental Impact, Energy Performance And Climate Footprint. They Must Be Of Good Architectural Residential Quality. Swedens Allmännytta Sets The Price Level For These Detached Houses And For This Reason The Evaluation Takes Place Based On The Standard And Quality Presented By The Tenderers. Evaluation Will Take Place With Regard To The Best Ratio Between Price And Quality. The Evaluation Will Be Done At Three Competition Houses As Described Under Chapter 5 Below. The Houses Must Be Delivered And Built Turnkey And With A Turnkey Contract At Abt 06. Swedens Public Utility Will Accept A Maximum Of 3 Suppliers Per Framework Agreement Area. Calling Will Take Place Through Renewed Competitive Bidding Based On An Evaluation Model That Is Reported In Chapter 7. Price For Land And Foundation As Well As Any Options Will Be Evaluated At The Renewed Competitive Bidding. Swedens Allmännytta Estimates That 200 Apartments Per Year Will Be Called For In The Years 2025 And 2029. The Roof Volume Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated At 800 Apartments At A Value Of Sek 2,000,000,000. The Framework Agreements Apply For An Agreement Period Of Four Years, From 1 February 2025 To 31 July 2029 Inclusive.
