The Subject Of The Order Under The Design And Build Formula Is The Design And Implementation Of The Reconstruction Of The Slopes And Bed Of The Osobłoga River In The Towns Of Racławice Śląski, Dzierżysławice, Głogówek, Mochów, Leśnik, Kierpień In The Commune. Głogówek, Through: Development Of Bank Breaches, Strengthening Of Slopes And Beds With Stone Riprap, Renovation Of Existing Hydrotechnical Structures, Topsoil Treatment And Sowing. The Scope Of Construction Works Should Include Restoring The Pre-Flood Condition. The Scope Of Design Work Should Include Work That Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit, Environmental Or Water Law Decisions And Only Involves Restoring The Original Condition. However, It Is Allowed To Use Construction Products Other Than Those Used In Their Original State.
