The Design And Build Order Includes, In Particular: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Facility To The Extent Enabling The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Planned Works. 2) Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation (Including Detailed Designs) Along With Obtaining The Following Regulations: Arrangements, Permits, Opinions And Approvals Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works. 3) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454, As Amended). 4) Transfer Of Copyright To The Developed Design Documentation - As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration. 5) Preparation Of A Material And Financial Schedule For Design And Construction Works, Prepared In Gross Amounts Divided By Months. 6) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 7) Performing Authors Supervision. 8) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation After Completion Of The Works, Taking Into Account Any Possible Changes Introduced During The Execution Of The Works. 9) Preparation And Registration In The Central Register Of Energy Performance Of Buildings - Energy Performance Certificate For The Building After Completion Of The Works. 10) Conducting The Required Tests And Examinations, Obtaining Acceptance Of Works And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Installation And Building Into Use After Construction Works. 11) Commissioning Of Devices, Development Of Operating Instructions And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff. 12) Providing Appropriate Guarantees And Warranties Resulting From The Signed Contract.
