1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Cleaning Works In The Area Of ​​District Roads In The Jarocin District, Consisting Of Mechanical Sweeping Of Streets And Bicycle Paths Along With The Disposal Of Excavated Material, Manual Sweeping Of Sidewalks Together With The Disposal Of Excavated Material, And The Collection And Disposal Of Waste From Roadsides.2. The Detailed Scope Of Services Planned To Be Performed Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Annex No. 1 To The Swz Presents The Approximate Quantities Of Services Planned To Be Commissioned. Physical Services Will Be Commissioned Depending On The Current Needs And Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Settled According To The Offered Unit Rates - Within The Funds Available In The Financial Plan. The Given Quantities Should Be Treated As Indicative Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price And Compare Offers - They Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, However, It Indicates That The Minimum Number Of Services Planned To Be Commissioned During The Execution Of The Order Is: - Mechanical Sweeping Of Streets And Bicycle Paths Along With The Disposal Of Excavated Material - Estimated Amount Of 10,000 Meters. In The Event Of Making Quantitative Changes Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz By The Ordering Party, The Contractor May Only Demand The Remuneration Due To Him For Performance Of Part Of The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Will Determine The Scope Of Work In The Form Of Written, E-Mail Or Telephone Orders, Setting A Deadline For Their Completion.6. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Waste Generated In The Course Of Its Own Work And For The Appropriate Manner Of Handling It, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). Waste Removal And Disposal Is At The Contractors Expense.7. The Terms Of The Order Execution Were Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.8. All Documents Submitted With The Offer In A Foreign Language Should Be Submitted With A Translation Into Polish.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Individual Works Concern The Same Roads, The Cleaning Of Which Should Be Carried Out Comprehensively.
