The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A 3-Day Educational Away Workshop Strong Ties For 130 (+/- 20) People, Including Approximately 40 Children. The Trip Will Be Organized On June 27-29, 2026 Or Another Date In July 2026 (Dates Will Be Proposed By The Contractor, To Be Selected By The Ordering Party) In A Tourist Town In The Mountains In The Silesian Voivodeship (E.G. Ustroń, Wisła, Szczyrk, Istebna, Brenna, Żywiec), Up To 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Accommodation In A Minimum 3-Star Hotel Facility Or Equivalent. Full Board For All Participants Of The Trip And Trainers, Including: Breakfasts (In The Form Of A Buffet, Including At Least Two Hot Meals To Choose From, E.G. Scrambled Eggs, Sausages, Pancakes, Etc. - Heated), Two-Course Lunches (Soup + Main Course), Dinners (In The Form Of A Buffet) With Drinks In The Number Corresponding To The Stay Schedule (2 X Breakfast, 2 X Dinner, 3 X Lunch). Transport Of Participants From Three Indicated Locations Within The Area Gliwice County And Gliwice (Poviat Office, Gliwice Ul. Zygmunta Starego 17, Mokis - Pyskowice Ul. Wyszyńskiego 27, Knurów Ul. Lipowa 12) To The Place Of Stay And Back. Implementation Of A Workshop Educational Program, 16 Teaching Hours/Group. The Program Includes Work With Adults, In Workshop Groups (Max. 25 People In A Group) And Integration Activities For Entire Families (Divided Into Groups). The Development Of A Detailed Workshop Program Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Will Provide Trainers In A Number Corresponding To The Number Of Training Recipients (It Is Assumed That One Training Group Will Consist Of No More Than 25 People In The Case Of Active Forms And 50 People In The Case Of Lecture Forms; Several Training Groups May Be Carried Out In Parallel). Trainers Will Have A Second-Cycle Higher Education Within The Meaning Of The Regulations On Higher Education In Psychology, Pedagogy, Sociology Or Related Fields. Trainers Will Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Conducting Training Dedicated To Children, Youth And Families, Including Foster Families. Staff Will Be Provided To Provide Care For Children During The Implementation Of Training Modules Addressed To Adult Training Participants, In A Number Corresponding To The Number Of Underage Participants Of The Trip. Materials Constituting Teaching Aids Will Be Provided For Each Training Participant And Trainers.
