Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Orderthe Scope Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) A Multi-Sector Construction Design, Including An Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs, Demolition Design And Land Development Design, Containing All Elements Of The Executive Designs;2) Comprehensive Measurement And Drawing Inventory;3) Comprehensive Historical, Archtectonic And Conservation Research4) Technical Expertise Of The Building;5) Program Of Conservation And Restoration Works;6) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;7) Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities;8) Information On Safety And Health Protection In Case It Is Necessary The Development Is Required On The Basis Of Separate Regulations;9) Agreeing The Documentation With The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments.
