The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Geotextiles With Unloading:  Basic Order: Geotextile 79,920.00 M2  Optional Order: Geotextile 159,840.00 M2 Total Quantity Of The Basic Order And Optional Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Assortment, Intended For The 25Th Military Economic Division With Delivery And Unloading To: Białystok, And At A Distance Of 150 Km From Białystok (Delivery To Military Camps Located Along The Polish-Belarusian Border). The Place Of Delivery Will Be Determined (By E-Mail) By A Person Indicated By The Ordering Party To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor. During The Delivery, The Contractor Bears Full Civil And Legal Liability For Any Damage Caused To Third Parties Due To Improper Delivery And Also Takes Responsibility For Impediments To Travel On Roads With Restrictions. Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party The National Declaration Of Performance Relating To The Assortment Indicated In The Offer.
