The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Order Is: 1) Delivery And Operation Of The Identity Management System - User Account Management And The Privileged Access Management System - A System For Managing Privileged Accounts In The Contracting Authoritys Environment, Ensuring A Long-Term Concept Of Managing Privileged Accounts, Managing Identities And Access Rights. 2) Implementation Of These Systems Enabling Centralized, Secure And Efficient Management Of Identities (User Accounts And Access Rights), Automation Of Processes Associated With Assigning And Revoking Access And Monitoring Activities Of Privileged Users, And 3). Delivery Of A Solution That Can Be Operated Both Through The Supplier And By Another External Entity Or The Contracting Authority Itself. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance Is Defined In The Draft Contract Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Zd, In Particular In: A) Annex No. 1A Of The Draft Contract (Technical Requirements) And In Annex No. 1B Of The Draft Contract (End Systems And Number Of Users), Which Are An Integral Part Of The Draft Contract. B) Article Vi Paragraph 10 And Article Vii Of The Draft Agreement, Which Governs The Licensing Conditions. The Contracting Authority Set A Requirement For The Maximum Allowable Amount Of The Total Tender Price, Which Must Not Be Higher Than Czk 48,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Entire Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract. The Contracting Authority Also States That The Bid Price For 1 Man-Day Must Not Exceed The Amount Of Czk 18,000 Without Vat/1 Md.
