1. Name Of The Order: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Złochowice In The Design And Build Formula2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To Improving The Energy Efficiency And Emission Of The Złochowice Volunteer Fire Department Building In Złochowice And Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Acceptances, If Required By Law. The Investment Includes Thermal Modernization Of The Building And Renovation. The Building Belongs To The Group Of Low-Rise Buildings, The Height Does Not Exceed 12.00 M. The Planned Thermal Modernization Does Not Require Obtaining A Permit Or Reporting Construction Works Due To The Thermal Insulation Of A Building Up To 12 M High. However, Due To The Lack Of Natural Lighting In The Boiler Room, It May Be Necessary To Break A Window. These Works Will Require Preparation Of Design Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Application For Use After The Investment Is Completed (If Required By Law). Due To The Location Of The Building On The Border Of The Plot, It Should Be Assumed That It Will Be Necessary To Brick Up The Window Openings Or Their Parts Or Replace Them With Ei60 (At The Moment Of Preparation Of The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz, This Border Divides Two Plots Belonging To The Ordering Party). The Investment Must Be Compliant With The Energy Audit Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Applicable Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. 42/Xiv/2011 Of The Opatów Commune Council Of September 22, 2011. The Characteristic Parameters Of The Subject Of The Study In Its Existing State Are Described In Point. 3.2.2 Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Area And Volume Indicators, Including The Indicator Determining The Share Of Traffic Area In The Net Area, Are Detailed In Point 4.2 Of The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 3.
