In Practice, What Needs To Be Acquired Is An Expert Working Group That Will Carry Out The Preliminary Investigation Phase For The Future Renewal Project Of The Production Systems Of City Measurement Services (Hereafter Kanto). The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement. The Tasks Of The Expert Working Group In The Pre-Examination Phase And Their Expected Outputs Are Described In Appendix 1.1. Procurable Experts Are Required To Have Strong And Verifiable Work Experience In Consulting Tasks And Ict Development Suitable For This Preliminary Study. More Detailed Role Descriptions Of The Experts Are Presented In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders, Description Of The Object Of Procurement, In Chapter 5. The Requirements Set For The Expert Working Group And The Supplier Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2. The Duration Of The Pre-Examination Phase Of The Kanto Project Is A Total Of Seven (7) Months. The Project Is Planned To Be Implemented During Autumn 2026 And Spring 2027. The Professional Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement Are Tendered In A Reverse Tender, Where The Winner Is Paid A Stated Fixed Total Fee. The Customer Has Defined The Total Fee To Be Paid For The Expert Service During The Contract Period To Be 160,000 Euros (Vat 0%).
