Quotation are invited for Supply of Digital Wallet Services Youth for Peace is a registered non-profit organization officially licensed by the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities in Lebanon under the number 2315, dated 13/11/2014. We act as a catalyst for transformative change within Lebanons educational sector and civil sector in Lebanon, fostering opportunities to sustain a balanced Levant society. Our focus is on empowering children, youth and women to lead change and support the sustainable development of their communities. Youth for Peace (Y4P) requests quotations for digital wallet financial services, including: (1) digital wallet physical card enabling field-level fund access and disbursements; and (2) digital wallet transaction fee coverage Services must support secure, traceable financial transactions in accordance with EuropeAid donor requirements (Grant Code: EuropeAid/180565/DD/ACT/LB). All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder: (1) Company profile and registration documents; (2) Itemized price quotation including unit costs and any applicable fees; (3) Description of digital wallet services offered, including card issuance process and transaction processing capabilities; (4) Proof of operational presence or service availability in Lebanon.
