1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1. Purchase Of A Subscription To Confluence Cloud, Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management Cloud And Atlassian Guard Software Or Equivalent, Along With Support From The Software Manufacturer For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date The Software Manufacturer Launched The Software On The Ordering Partys Account, 1.2. Purchase Of Software Subscriptions Extending The Basic Functionalities Of The Confluence Cloud, Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management Cloud And Atlassian Guard Software Or Equivalent, Together With The Support Of The Software Manufacturer For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Launch Of The Software By The Manufacturer On The Ordering Partys Account. (Hereinafter Referred To As: Subject Of The Agreement Or Subject Of The Order)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu).3. If In The Swz Or Annexes To The Swz The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source, Specific Process, Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions On The Principles Set Out In This Chapter And In The Chapter Regarding The Means Of Evidence In Question. The Contractor Offering An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Solution Meets All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Opz, Ppu And Other Procurement Documents.4. Details Regarding The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Chapter 5 Of The Swz And Paragraph 3 Of The Ppu.
