The City Of Turkus Corporate Administration Procurement Services Is Requesting Bids For Fireworks For The Period September 1, 2026-September 30, 2028, After Which The Contract Can Be Extended With Two (2) One (1) Year Options On The Original Terms By The Customers Decision. Bids Are Requested For The Three Annual Fireworks. The City Of Turku Organizes Three Fireworks Every Year, One On Turku Day And Two On New Years Eve. Turku Day Fireworks Are Organized On The Third Sunday Of September At 21:00 And New Years Eve Fireworks For Families With Children At 18:00 And For Others At 24:00. The Shooting Location Is The Field Located On Samppalinna Hill, Except For Childrens Fireworks In Kupittaanpuisto. The Duration Of The Fireworks Should Be 7 – 8 Minutes And It Should Contain A Spectacular Number Of Larger And Smaller Fireworks And Serial Fireworks, As Well As A Final Climax At The End Of The Show. The Service Provider Is Responsible For All The Authority And Land Use Permits Required By The Show And Takes Care Of The Safety, Protection And Cleaning Of The Shooting Location. The Competition Is Conducted As A Reverse Competition, Where The Amount To Be Used Is Given In Advance. Turku Day Fireworks €5000 New Years Fireworks €5000 Childrens New Years Fireworks €5000 One (1) Service Provider Will Be Selected.
