In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes: Obtaining Positive Opinions From The State Fire Service And The State Sanitary Inspectorate Regarding The Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Design Documentation And Meeting Fire Protection Requirements, Occupational Health And Safety Conditions And Hygiene And Health Requirements. Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of The Granted Power Of Attorney, An Occupancy Permit No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Final Acceptance Or Effective Notification Of The District Construction Supervision Inspector On The Completion Of Construction (If Will Be Required). Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building.
