The Procurement Unit Requests Your Offer For Renewing The Furnace Control System Of The Espoo Blessing Chapel Crematorium. The Current Control System Has Reached The End Of Its Technical Life, Which Is Why It Must Be Completely Renewed. The Crematorium Has Two Ovens, Each Of Which Has Its Own Sub-Center And Local Hmi Display. In Addition To The Ovens, The Control System Manages The Filter Equipment And Related Process Functions. There Is A Third Automation Center In The Filter Hardware Space. The Control Room Has A Graphical User Interface Created For The User. The Ovens Are Manufactured By Tabo-Cs Ltd And The Transfer Trolleys Are Two-Level. There Are No Final Images Of The Current Control System Available, And No One Other Than The Original Supplier Has Access To The Mitsubishi Logic. The Contract Includes Renewing The Entire Process Electrification Cabling And Their Connections. Each New Automation Center Must Be Equipped With An Hmi Screen, And A New Graphical User Interface For Process Management Will Be Implemented In The Control Room. The Functionality Of The New Control System Must Correspond To The Current System, And In Addition, The Chimney And Flue Gas Cooling Controls Must Be Integrated Into The System, As Well As The Automatic Enhancement Of The Intake And Exhaust Air Of The Building Technology Sub-Center And The Activation Of The Hood Based On The Opening Of The Oven Door.
