The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Industry Along With The Thermal Modernization Of The Kpp Building In Tomaszów Mazowiecki At Ul. Wandy Panfil 44, Consisting In The Replacement Of Window Joinery In Order To Obtain An Environmental Effect, In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I - Preliminary Work - Development Of The Concept; - Development Of A Construction Design, Including Preparation Of The List Of Window Joinery;2) Stage Ii - Design Works - Development Of An Executive Design For The Construction Industry Containing Detailed Technical And Technological Solutions Along With A Detailed Description Of The Building Materials Used, Including Their Basic Parameters; - Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb);3) Stage Iii - Construction Works - Execution Of General Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation; - Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Until The Subject Of The Order Is Fully Put Into Use. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Detailed Conditions For The Execution And Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Template Of The Agreement - Appendix No. 10 To The Swz. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quality Requirements Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Appendix No. These Annexes And Other Provisions Of The Swz Constitute The Basis Necessary For The Valuation And Determination Of The Technology Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Standard Of The Elements Used. Material Solutions And Quality Requirements Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Are Indicated In The Content Of The Fup, Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Due To The Above, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.
