Wide Area Network Services – Providing Services Of The Wide Area Network Operator Ksi Zus. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Wan Zus Ksi Wide Network Services To The Ordering Party In The Scope Of: 1. Data Transmission Services, Ensuring Transmission At The Level 3 Of The Iso/Osi Model And Guaranteeing Peer-To-Peer (Full Mesh) Communication Between All Locations Listed In Table 2, Table 4, Table 5 Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2. Sd-Wan Network Management System Implementation And Maintenance Services. The Contractor Will Lease To The Ordering Party, For The Duration Of The Contract, The Software With Licenses And Devices Necessary To Provide The Szs Service In All The Ordering Partys Locations Listed In Table 2, Table 4, Table 5 Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 4. Deadline For Order Completion: Provision Of Comprehensive Wan Zus Ksi Wide Network Services To The Ordering Party Within A Maximum Period Of 4 Years (48 Months) From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, With: 4.1. Preparation And Installation Of Infrastructure For The Provision Of The Wan Ksi Zus Wide Network Operator Service, Including The Leasing And Delivery Of Devices And Software, Will Take Place Within A Maximum Of 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement - Technical Implementation Period (Test Period); 4.2. The Central Elements Of The Sd-Wan Network Management System And Links For Coo And Zcoo Listed In Table 5 Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz Must Be Implemented And Launched Within 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 4.3. The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Of The Wide Area Network Operator Ksi Zus And The Provision Of Maintenance And Technical Support Services For All Devices And Software Provided By The Contractor Should Start After The End Of The Implementation And Technical Period And Last A Maximum Of 42 Months, But Not Earlier Than From May 31, 2027 Until The Expiry Of The Agreement; 4.4. The Transfer To The Ordering Party Of A Set Of Credits Or Instruction Vouchers For Instructions Authorized/Certified By The Manufacturer Of Technologies Used By Szs Will Take Place Within 60 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Will Use The Provided Instruction Vouchers Within 18 Months From The Conclusion Of The Agreement. 5. On-Site Visit: The Ordering Party Agrees That Contractors Interested In Submitting An Offer Under The Procedure, At The Stage Of Offer Preparation, Make An On-Site Visit To The Ordering Partys Locations Referred To In Table 2, Table 4 And Table 5 Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act. The Ordering Party Expects To Award An Order In The Amount Of Up To 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order, Excluding Instructions, Consistent With Its Subject And Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services, E.G. Related To The Need To Transfer The Location Of Links, Adding New Locations And Additional Devices In The Wan Ksi Zus Wide Network. The Supplementary Order Will Be Placed On Terms And Conditions Identical To The Basic Order
